SUBMISSIONS

SUBMISSIONS ARE CURRENTLY OPEN

We accept submissions for any unpublished short stories or flash fiction that has not appeared in print or online (this includes personal websites and social media).

We do not consider poetry.

There is no word limit, although we recommend you do not significantly exceed 4000 words.

We allow simultaneous submissions, but please let us know as soon as possible if your work is accepted elsewhere. Please only submit one or two pieces per month.

Unfortunately, as we receive a large number of submissions, it can take time before we’re able to read yours (we’re a very small team of volunteers). We aim to read everything within two months of submission, and if you haven’t heard from us within that timeframe it is likely your submission has not been selected. While we would love to respond to every submission, it isn’t possible for us to do so, but we will do our best to respond to any requests for feedback.
